ABOUT ROCKIN RENOS, LLC

ROCKIN RENOS, LLC, was established in May of 2022 by owners, Mitch James and Jody Sandoval. Together they have a combined experience of 25+ years in the residential, remodel and renovation industry as well as over 25 years in handyman services.

JODY SANDOVAL, Owner

Jody is fifth generation in turnkey residential construction out of Atlanta, GA. He’s also well versed in custom cabinetry, carpentry, and woodworking. He successfully owned and operated Gen5 Woodwerx, LLC out of Acworth, GA.

MITCH JAMES, Owner

Mitch and Jody have been working side by side for a major construction company since January of 2019. Together they helped manage production as well as worked hands-on doing various repairs and renovations before deciding to branch out (Rock Out!) on our own.

Mitch has worked in apartment maintenance since the early 90’s. Mitch then worked as a project manager for a major construction company in the Columbia area for the last ten years. He is proficient in many areas of construction including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, woodworking, trim and general building practices.
